Step 1

Signup and login to TransferWise aka Wise. Be sure to use a Wise account that has the same business name as the business name on your Parker account.

Step 2

Click Send Money > Single Payment

Step 3

Enter the amount you would like to send under the international tab. Choose the currency your vendor should receive the payment in.

Step 4

Choose your recipient from the contact list. For the vendor to appear in the contact list you will have to add them along with their wire information in your TransferWise contacts.

Step 5

If the amount is large, you will be asked to verify by specifying the reason for payment.

Step 6

Review the transaction details and clock confirm and continue. Note you will have to re-enter your password and OTP if it is a large transaction.

Step 7

Click Send Money > All Other Banks > Bank Branch > Continue to Bank Detail > Download PDF > I’ll Transfer Money Later

Step 8

Login to Parker > Send Money. Complete Bill pay request form using wire as transfer type. Enter the wire details viewed and downloaded in the prior step as the wire details. Upload the pdf from the prior step as well as a copy of the invoice. Add the reference ID from the Wise transfer instructions in the memo field. Submit request
